Katie Gurden

I started my working career at Bairstow Eves, giving great insight into the world of property, but left during the crash of 2008 to pursue a career in fitness. In 2022, I decided to leave fitness behind and head back to my roots, getting qualified in mortgage and protection advising.

From the moment I met our director Michelle, I knew that Chelmsford Mortgage Solutions would be my new work “home,” and am happy to have settled in nicely as part of this tight-knit, all-female team. We work together to provide the best service and advice for our clients at our cosy office in the heart of Chelmsford.

In work, I particularly enjoy helping landlords with their buy-to-let mortgages, but outside of work, you might find me walking in Heather Hills or Blakes Wood with my rescue dog, Lola.
